SENIOR CITIZENS Services

Below are some of the services offered by PRIDE Community Services to Senior Citizens of Logan County, West Virginia

  • Congregate Meals Program

    In a congregate setting, provide Senior Citizens with a meal that complies with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and provides a minimum of one-third daily recommended dietary allowances.  Transportation is provided to and from centers. 

    September Menu

  • Home Delivered Meals Program

    To provide home bound Senior Citizens a meal that complies with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and provides a minimum of one-third daily recommended dietary allawances. 

  • Title III D Services

    Provision of management, screenings and education about medication and health issues.
  • Title III B Services

    Provision of services/activities to individual customers to enhance their well-being.

  • Title III E Services

    Provision of temporary, substitute supports or living arrangements delivered in the home to provide a brief period of relief or rest for caregivers of Alzheimer’s individuals.

  • Transportation

    To provide a means of transportation for a customer who requires help in going from one location to another.
